A Different Take for 2021!

So sticking with the theme of New Year, New Decade, and New Me I have been considering the idea of shaking things up with this blog. So far, a lot of the content I’ve written have been topics that came to mind or things I felt like writing about. Movies and shows I watched that stuck with me, and inspiration that struck. I haven’t pre-planned too many of these.

My blog has always been about me and my love for writing. But this year, I want to push my limits.

While I have loved writing reviews, poems, and all the blogs so far, I’ll be using the time I have this week to create a Content Calendar. I want to plan what I write, I want to plan when I post, and I want to be conscious of what I write.

2020 has been incredible. I’ve been able to post at least once every week despite everything.

For 2021 I want to push this and post at least twice every week. So twice as many blogs for all of you to read.
I’ll be continuing to write reviews, but not as often. Instead, I’ll be using my time to work on my fiction writing skills. So more short stories and more poems.

And finally, I want to help my readers. All of us go through phases. All of us need a little motivation every now and then. And I want to do my part to help with more posts around these kinds of topics as well.

But of course, I am not going to limit myself to these. Alongside these, if I come across anything else that I want to write about, I’ll make sure to include those in as well.

So why am I randomly writing about these plans here?

At the end of the day, I am conscious of the fact that it’s easy for us to create plans. However, sticking to these plans isn’t always very easy. But with this blog, going into this new year, this is me keeping myself accountable to all of you.

So there you go, these are my goals for this blog for the first six months of 2021. And if all goes well, goals for the entire year!

Have you had a chance to make your 2021 goals yet? Do comment and let us know!

Here’s wishing all of you a very Happy New Year!
